When you become Calix Certified, you're demonstrating that you not only understand Calix solutions, but also can apply your knowledge by configuring and troubleshooting real networks. Certifications Offered

Calix offers two levels of certification - Certified Specialist and Certified Professional. These certifications are divided into two tracks - Copper Access Solutions and Fiber Access Solutions.

In order to be eligible for the Professional certification in each track, candidates much successful pass the four Specialist certifications in the track. The C7 Network Specialist and C7 Video Services Specialist certifications apply to both tracks.

Earning Calix Certification

To become Calix Certified you must:

1. Pass the relevant online pre-test for your Certification.
2. Attend a course at the Calix Petaluma headquarters and pass a two-part examination:
   • The written component validates your in-depth knowledge.
   • Hands-on testing in the Calix Certification Lab ensures that you can apply your knowledge to real-world configuration and troubleshooting scenarios.
